We ask for at least 48–72 hours notice for standard orders. For large catering orders, custom themed boxes, or event orders, please reach out at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Yes! We offer delivery in the Jasper, Georgia area. Delivery fees and radius may vary — contact us for details on your specific location. Pickup is also available.

Absolutely! We love custom orders. You can choose chocolate colors, drizzle patterns, themed decorations, names or letters, and packaging. Just let us know your event theme or color palette when ordering.

We send a secure Stripe invoice to your email once your order is confirmed. You can pay by card directly from the invoice link, or through your account on our website. A deposit may be required for large orders.

For large or custom orders, we require a deposit within 48 hours of order confirmation to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before pickup or delivery.

Our products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and tree nuts. Please let us know about any allergies when ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Chocolate-dipped strawberries are best enjoyed within 24–48 hours of delivery. Cake pops can last up to a week at room temperature or longer if refrigerated. Store all treats in a cool, dry place.
